Polyurea Waterproofing and Corrosion Protection Membrane

Instant cure, spray applied, flexible, hard-wearing, fully bonded and seamless membrane

A specialist high pressure spray proportioning machine / spray gun with plural feed heats the part A amine and Part B ISO components to approx 75°c. The hot spray polyurea consists of the mixed components (at the nozzle) and is applied to the prepared and primed substrate (concrete, steel, floor tiles, butyl, asbestos and other roof membranes) at typical thicknesses of 1.5mm.
